Question for this E-Fed's owners!

How many owners or staff members are actively participating as RPers in your fed, if any? It used to be a big no-no to allow that but I'm finding since my return to the game that many feds think that's ok now, which I disagree with unless they allow public judging which most don't. How do you guys handle that particular?

I'm kind of a helper for the BWO, but I'm more of a member than a staff member. Tony handles most of the BWO functions. From what I know...because of the nature of the BWO (it's handled extremely different from the EMF). While he does have characters in the fed, I think he only is there as filler, and often jobs out his characters (unless there is a no show.) Don't quote me, but that's what it seems.
