Question for this E-Fed's owners!

How many owners or staff members are actively participating as RPers in your fed, if any? It used to be a big no-no to allow that but I'm finding since my return to the game that many feds think that's ok now, which I disagree with unless they allow public judging which most don't. How do you guys handle that particular?

hey man i get where you're coming from but i think you are going about it the wrong way. i have had some feds that were obviously biased for their friends or staff members but i have also been in some with no problems at all with staff participating. good luck.

I'm the sole owner, we don't have many people who do RP for us that are also staff members, they are usually rpers only, write matches and segments and provide ideas. I'm usually the sole scorer as well.
