Question for this E-Fed's owners!

How many owners or staff members are actively participating as RPers in your fed, if any? It used to be a big no-no to allow that but I'm finding since my return to the game that many feds think that's ok now, which I disagree with unless they allow public judging which most don't. How do you guys handle that particular?

Hello there. I run the IWF as the Commissioner. I also have 3 judges for roleplays. As the Commissioner, I have no active wrestlers. I focus solely on running the e-fed. I feel by actively participating it takes away from me actually running the efed. As far as the judges, they are active roleplayers, but I only ask for their input on very tough decisions. They are also only asked if they are not in the match. The sole decision falls back on me which is why I am not active rper.
